VOUCHER /E-GIFT CARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS – MAVERICK YOGA ONLINE SHOP

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of e-Gift Cards, Birthday Vouchers, Seasonal Vouchers, Special Promotion Vouchers issued by Maverick Yoga Online Shop. By redeeming a voucher, the recipient agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Vouchers are valid from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and cannot be re-issued. Vouchers can only be redeemed online at the Maverick Yoga Online Shop via www.maverickaccelerator.com. Each Voucher is valid for a single use and cannot be reused. Vouchers must be used in full; no credit will be issued for partial use unless explicitly stated. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the recipient who they were issued. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or be used to purchase other gift cards. Vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or other offers, unless specified. Vouchers may be restricted to specific products, categories, or services. Each voucher contains a unique code. Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced. Maverick Yoga is not responsible for unauthorized use of vouchers. Only one voucher may be used per transaction. No minimum purchase amount is required to redeem a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued. If a product(s) purchased with a voucher is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit with a new code being generated, not cash. Maverick Yoga reserves the right to modify or terminate the voucher program at any given time without prior notice.
